At Print Solution Hub, every order is processed carefully according to the information, documents and requirements provided by the customer.
Once the requested product/service has been successfully processed, payment has been completed, and the product has been delivered to the customer’s provided address, the order will be treated as completed and a refund will generally not be available.
Customers are therefore requested to carefully check all personal details, documents, uploaded files, delivery address and payment information before confirming an order.
If an issue arises due to an error attributable to Print Solution Hub, or where a refund or other remedy is required under applicable law, the matter will be reviewed and handled accordingly.

Print Solution Hub-এ Customer-এর দেওয়া তথ্য, Documents এবং Requirements অনুযায়ী প্রতিটি Order যত্নসহকারে Process করা হয়।
কোনো Product/Service-এর Processing সম্পূর্ণ হওয়ার পর, Payment সম্পূর্ণ হওয়ার পর এবং Product Customer-এর দেওয়া ঠিকানায় পৌঁছে যাওয়ার পর, Orderটি সম্পূর্ণ হয়েছে বলে গণ্য হবে এবং সাধারণভাবে সেই Order-এর জন্য Refund প্রদান করা হবে না।
তাই Order Confirm করার আগে Customer-কে অবশ্যই নাম ও ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য, Documents, Uploaded Files, Delivery Address এবং Payment Details ভালোভাবে যাচাই করে নিতে হবে।
Print Solution Hub-এর পক্ষ থেকে কোনো ত্রুটির কারণে সমস্যা হলে, অথবা প্রযোজ্য আইনে Refund বা অন্য কোনো প্রতিকার প্রয়োজন হলে, বিষয়টি পর্যালোচনা করে প্রযোজ্য নিয়ম অনুযায়ী ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে।
