1. Customers must provide 100% correct and complete information while placing an order.
2. Please carefully verify your name, personal details, documents, uploaded files, address, mobile number and payment information before final submission.
3. Orders and services will be processed strictly according to the information and documents submitted by the customer.
4. Incorrect, incomplete or misleading information may result in delay, rejection or an incorrect service outcome.
5. Once processing has started, modification or cancellation of an order may not be possible.
6. Customers must submit the exact amount actually paid when submitting payment details.
7. Customers are responsible for providing genuine and authorized documents and information.
8. Processing and delivery time may vary depending on the service and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Customers should keep their Order/Reference Number safely for future tracking or support.
10. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions and the Refund Policy.

১. Order করার সময় Customer-কে ১০০% সঠিক ও সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।
২. Final Submit করার আগে নাম, ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য, Documents, Uploaded Files, Address, Mobile Number এবং Payment Details ভালোভাবে যাচাই করুন।
৩. Customer-এর দেওয়া তথ্য ও Documents অনুযায়ীই Order ও Service Process করা হবে।
৪. ভুল, অসম্পূর্ণ বা বিভ্রান্তিকর তথ্যের কারণে Delay, Rejection অথবা ভুল Service Outcome হতে পারে।
৫. Processing শুরু হয়ে গেলে Order পরিবর্তন বা Cancellation করা সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে।
৬. Payment Details Submit করার সময় প্রকৃতপক্ষে যত টাকা Payment করেছেন, ঠিক সেই Amount-ই Submit করতে হবে।
৭. Customer-কে সঠিক, বৈধ এবং অনুমোদিত Documents ও Information প্রদান করতে হবে।
৮. Service অনুযায়ী Processing ও Delivery Time পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে এবং আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের কারণে কিছু ক্ষেত্রে বিলম্ব হতে পারে।
৯. ভবিষ্যতে Tracking বা Support-এর জন্য আপনার Order/Reference Number নিরাপদে সংরক্ষণ করুন।
১০. Order করার মাধ্যমে Customer নিশ্চিত করছেন যে তিনি Terms & Conditions এবং Refund Policy পড়েছেন, বুঝেছেন এবং এতে সম্মত হয়েছেন।
